The Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law seeks candidates for a full-time, entry-level, tenure-track law faculty position teaching courses in the business law curriculum. Qualified lateral candidates will also be considered. Candidates with experience as a practicing lawyer, judicial clerk, or law teacher are preferred. Expectations include a normal teaching load of four courses per year, scholarly research, publication, and service obligations for the 2024-2025 academic year. Candidates must have a J.D. from an A.B.A.-accredited law school or equivalent degree from a foreign institution, a distinguished academic record, and a commitment to excellence in teaching and scholarship.
