He shows that students with strong LSAT's have significant opportunities to minimize the cost of law school by trading down to a school ranked lower in US News. The charts are interesting and worth a look.

Next thing you are going to tell me that water is wet.
I found the presentation a little confusing; the analysis presented at the end analyzes affordability of schools by LSAT but beyond a brief description of differences in tuition among different states at the beginning, there is no geographical analysis.
Return on investment is what matters. Paying $50k for a useless degree is worse than $150k for a degree that lets you pay down that debt in a timely manner.
