It is in Richmond, Virgina and is hideous. I can't recall which corporation built it.
You are correct, Bob, is is in Richmond. I don't remember seeing it when I lived there about 25 years ago, though it was there at the time. Not sure when I didn't see it/don't remember it. It was built for the Markel Insurance Company.
