Louis Freeh, formerly a Judge on the the Southern District of New York and head of the FBI, has been named the new chair of Pepper, Hamilton, a Philadelphia-based law firm. Freeh, a partner at Pepper, had been leading the firm's Education Counseling, Litigation and Investigative Services Team. Advising universities is now apparently big law firm business.
I previously noted that higher ed data fraud has generated business for accountants as well.
