University Of Manitoba Names Lorna Turnbull First Female Law Dean

The University of Manitoba has named Lorna Turnbull the new Dean of the Faculty of Law.  Her term runs until June of 2016.  Turnbull, who joined the faculty at Manitoba in 2001, served as associate dean from 2005-2010, and sits as interim dean, received her Bachelor of Laws from Ottawa and her JSD from Columbia.
