Is the job market only softening for law school grads looking for specific, high-paying jobs at the top law firms, or if it means that the United States has too many lawyers in general? However, a report earlier this year by the National Association of Law Placement indicated that even though the majority of law school graduates can still find jobs, a far higher percentage of those grads are now taking jobs that are temporary.

I thought for sure that at least one of these comments was going to be from Tim, claiming that you are cutting in on his turf in writing on anything that is even vaguely related to the UCC. I'm sorry to see that they are just spam.

Greg has written several noteworthy UCC articles, and I'm honored to be his co-author on the Payment Systems study aid in the Q&A series published by LexisNexis. GW should save itself time and money and just remove the interim tag from Greg's new title.
