Duke-UNC-Duke Energy Board Diversity Conference Today

2DDsympwlogosWIP1000-1 Remember
that Duke and UNC law schools and Duke Energy are hosting a conference on
corporate board diversity today at the University of North Carolina.
Admission is free — more information here.  As you would expect
from a line-up such as this, all of the papers are useful contributions, not only
to the research on board diversity, but to the research on workplace and group
diversity more generally.

Those in the triangle area with an interest in diversity
issues should stop by.  Though
registration is technically required, if you don’t demand to be served food I’m
sure that Lissa will let you in anyway.
And if you attend and offer any useful insights on board diversity, I’ll
give you my food.  And if you offer
any specific insights on our paper, I’ll give you my, John, and Lissa’s
food.  And if you attend and also cite
our paper I’ll buy you a pony . . . Okay, maybe not.  But do stop by if you’re interested in either the topic or
the people.
