We're very pleased to welcome Nancy Rapoport as a guest here at the Lounge. Nancy is the Gordon Silver Professor of Law at UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law. She previously served as the dean at the University of Houston Law Center and the University of Nebraska College of Law. She started her teaching career at Ohio State and, before that, was a bankruptcy lawyer at MoFo. She's a graduate of Rice University and Stanford Law School. Her most recent publication, Corporate Ethical Responsibility and the Lawyer’s Role in a Contemporary Democracy (co-written with Colin Marks) just appeared in the Fordham Law Review.
