University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law Hiring Announcement

The University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law invites applications for multiple entry-level or lateral faculty positions to begin July 1, 2024. For these positions, we will consider candidates in all areas of law with demonstrated potential for outstanding teaching and original scholarship.  We have a particular interest in Civil Procedure, Property, and Torts in the first-year curriculum, and Administrative Law, Environmental Law, and Family Law in the upper-level curriculum.  We are also interested in Intellectual Property and Constitutional Law. All candidates must hold a J.D. or equivalent degree prior to employment date. The University of Maryland has a strong commitment to diversity.
