Inspired by the scholarship of its own Russell Pearce (pictured), the folks at Fordham's Louis Stein Center for Law and Ethics have created a film entitled Red State, Blue State: Lawyers, Politics & Moral Counseling, an "essay on ethics and professionalism ... [that] brings
a fresh viewpoint to the ongoing debate about the role of morality in
the practice of law. " The film poses specific questions (including "Should lawyers bring their personal morality into the counseling of clients?") and features interviews with several luminaries (including Robin Barnes, Erwin Chemerinsky, John McGinnis, and Ken Starr).
Additional info, and the film itself, can be found here.
