Blast From The Past: Article Length (Updated)

Orin Kerr reminds us of the joint statement by law reviews, back in 2005, to limit article length. The plan, shall we say, didn't work :-)

Updated 5/26: Over at PrawfsBlawg, Howard Wasserman provides interesting anecdotes 

 

It was very promising, back in 2005, when a bunch of the top law reviews issued this statement. It appears to have been forgotten.
