The Alexander Blewett III School of Law invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant/Associate/Full Professor beginning in the 2025-2026 academic year. Duties include teaching, scholarship, and service as set forth in the University of Montana Blewett School of Law Faculty Handbook.
Our primary curricular need is in the area of Property Law. Additional curricular needs include Introduction to Intellectual Property Law, Copyright and Trademark Law, Employment Law, Family Law, Insurance Law, Business Transactions, and Pre-Trial Litigation. We are committed to integrating theory with practice, making significant practice experience in the areas to be taught particularly valuable.
