Here's that is unusual: the Glamour magazine and an article on the United Daughters Confederacy. It is here. I think that UDC is an innocuous institution; the biggest hat-making becomes the leader of the institution or something like that. Former students and clients were sometimes eligible for UDC. Based on these people, I think that is innocuous. (Sons of Confederate Veterans was a different UDC in 1900-1925. SCV even recognized slavery as the subject in the 21st century.)
