The Charleston School of Law welcomes applications for full-time faculty members to teach in one or more of the following subjects: Constitutional Law; Contracts; Property; Business Organizations; and Wills, Trusts & Estates. Candidates must: have a J.D. degree or its equivalent; be licensed to practice law in at least one United States jurisdiction; and demonstrate a commitment to scholarship, exceptional teaching, service, and collegiality. Applicants should elect whether they would like to be considered for a lateral position, a tenure-track position, or a visiting professor position.
