WASHBURN UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW invites applicants for four tenured/tenure-track positions, beginning in the 2025-2026 academic year. We seek to hire one associate professor to direct the Small Business and Nonprofit Transactional Law Clinic and teach complementary doctrinal courses, one associate professor to teach first-year Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing, and two associate professors to teach business law courses (secured transactions, debtor/creditor, securities law, real estate transactions, etc.), property, evidence, professional responsibility, ADR, remedies, health law, or technology law courses.
