Can't Take My Eyes off You

"Can't Take My Eyes off You" was Frankie Valli's first big solo hit, in 1967, although he also continued to perform and record with various iterations of the Four Seasons. It was written by Valli's long time bandmate Bob Gaudio and Bob Crewe, who had collaborated on most of the Four Seasons' big hits.

The University of San Francisco School of Law is seeking candidates for Visiting Professor and Visiting Professor of Practice for the 2024-25 academic year.

 

For the Visiting Professor position, we welcome outstanding candidates in Constitutional Law, Civil Procedure, Torts, Corporations, and Criminal Law.  Secondary expertise in Community Property, Wills and Trusts, and/or Race and the Law is an advantage.

 

Depending on experience, the Visiting Professor of Practice will teach a selection of the following: Corporations, Antitrust, Securities Regulation, International Business Transactions, Corporate Finance, and Mergers and Acquisitions, totaling up to four classes over the school year.

Widener Law Commonwealth seeks an entry-level or pre-tenure lateral faculty member to fill one tenure track position starting in the 2024-2025 academic year.  We have a specific need in our year-long Contracts course.  We may have needs in other first year courses as well.  As to the rest of the teaching package beyond a first-year course, there is flexibility.
