The University of San Francisco School of Law is seeking candidates for Visiting Professor and Visiting Professor of Practice for the 2024-25 academic year.
For the
Visiting Professor position, we welcome outstanding candidates in Constitutional Law, Civil Procedure, Torts, Corporations, and Criminal Law. Secondary expertise in Community Property, Wills and Trusts, and/or Race and the Law is an advantage.
Depending on experience, the
Visiting Professor of Practice will teach a selection of the following: Corporations, Antitrust, Securities Regulation, International Business Transactions, Corporate Finance, and Mergers and Acquisitions, totaling up to four classes over the school year.
