Submission season is upon us. Inspired by Allan Rostron and Nancy Levit's useful law review submission guide (here), I've updated my copycat guide to submitting shorter pieces to online companions, covering 60+ schools.
Some take-aways, consistent with prior years:
(1) Scholastica continues to be the preferred delivery system for submissions.
(2) Most companion journals are included in the HeinOnline Law Journal Library.
(3) The length of pieces that online journals accept varies widely.
