The Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University is hoping to make up to seven clinical, tenured or tenure-track hires. We are looking for a new director of the Lisa Foundation Patent Clinic, which is a member of the Law School Certification Program at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (“USPTO”). Candidates must be registered to practice before the USPTO. For the other positions, we are looking for candidates who will teach in the first-year curriculum and provide coverage for a wide range of upper-level courses, including family law, administrative law, business law, law and economics, negotiation and alternative dispute resolution, environmental law, torts, jurisprudence, advanced constitutional law (including free speech), and legal writing and methods.
