The Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position as Assistant Professor of Law. The position will begin August of 2023. Our curricular needs are flexible and we are interested in outstanding candidates in all fields. Areas of particular interest include, but are not limited to, Contracts, Property and Torts. Applicants should have a strong academic record, a J.D. or Ph.D degree or their equivalent, and demonstrated commitment or the capacity to make outstanding contributions in the areas of scholarship, teaching, and service. Benefits are competitive and include a budget for research and travel. Faculty may also apply to the Associate Dean for Research and Faculty Development for summer research stipends to work on individual and collective projects.
