Fordham School of Law invites applications from entry-level and lateral candidates for a full-time tenured/tenure-track faculty position with an expected start date of July 1, 2023. We are seeking individuals who are or have the potential to become scholars and teachers of the highest caliber, encompassing a range of perspectives and methodologies, and who are committed to institution-building and service.
The search is focused on the subject matter areas of law and technology (which includes information law), international economic law (which includes competition law), and the range of legal fields relating to climate change, as well as first-year curricular needs.
Successful candidates should have a knowledge of and commitment to the goals of Jesuit Education.
We value diversity and strongly encourage individuals from groups historically underrepresented in legal academia to apply.
How to Apply
- Entry level candidates should apply through the Faculty Appointments Register administered by the Association of American Law Schools.
- Lateral candidates should apply by sending a cover letter, updated curriculum vitae, and list of at least three references by email to Professor Pamela Bookman, Appointments Committee Chair ([email protected]).
- Applications will be considered on a rolling basis; to ensure full consideration, we encourage you to apply by July 31, 2022.
