Southern Methodist University has announced that Jason Nance will be the new dean of its law school. He is currently an associate dean and law faculty member at the University of Florida. Nance, who holds a JD from Penn, will take over in August.

David, if that's true then I sniff the burnt smell of a committee's time being wasted when they could be grading.
