WAYNE STATE UNIVERSITY LAW SCHOOL is seeking to hire an Assistant Professor of Teaching. We encourage applications from candidates who will enhance the diversity of our faculty and whose scholarship engages with questions of social justice.
The Assistant Professor (Teaching) would serve as instructor in courses in the Masters of Law program, taught to mid-career professionals, as well as the Minor in Law, taught to Wayne undergraduates. Other teaching opportunities may arise in the regular Law School curriculum as needed. This is a contractual position.
Applicants must hold a JD from an accredited American law school and have practice experience across a range of legal fields. Prior teaching experience is also a plus.
