I want to start posting short notices of recently released books that may be of interest. The first is Alexander Lian's Stereoscopic Law: Oliver Wendell Holmes and Legal Education. It provides a comprehensive reinterpreation of Holmes's thought (using "The Path of the Law" as a springboard) and in the process articulates an original theoretical foundation for legal education. Take a read and let me know what you think?
Also, please free feel to send me info. of your own projects as your convenience.
This is a *great* idea that Steve & others should join in on as well. Most academic publishers do SUCH an atrocious job of publicizing their new titles, & there are *scores* of good books each year that deserve far more attention than they get.
