St. Mary's University School of Law invites applications for a temporary appointment for the Fall semester, Spring semester, or full year Visiting Assistant/Associate/Professor of Law for academic year 2021-22. Current course assignments include Constitutional Criminal Procedure for Fall 2021 and Criminal Law plus Constitutional Criminal Procedure for Spring 2022, with additional opportunities for electives in the area of criminal law or criminal procedure. We currently plan for these classes to be offered in-person rather than remotely, subject to health and safety considerations, and candidates should be willing and available to teach in either format. We do have some flexibility for online offerings in upper-level electives, depending on online teaching experience and evaluations.
