The Yale Law School Center for Private Law seeks to hire a Fellow in Private Law. The Fellowship will begin on 1 July 2021 and will run for one year with a possibility of renewal for subsequent years. The post pays a competitive salary and benefits, commensurate to experience.
The fellow will spend between 1/3 and 1/2 of their time helping to run the Center and the remaining 1/2 to 2/3 on their own scholarship. The Center’s faculty director, Daniel Markovits, will engage actively with the fellow and support the fellow's scholarship.
Candidates might be straight out of law school, in practice and seeking to move into teaching, or finishing another fellowship. Interested candidates should send a CV, by email, to Daniel.Markovits@yale.edu.
