Wake Forest University School of Law invites applications for a lateral tenured or tenure-track faculty position to begin in the 2020-21 academic year. Primary areas of interest include: Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, and Intellectual Property. Secondary areas of interest include: International Law; Decedents, Trusts & Estates; Health Policy; Internet Law, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence; Consumer Law; Civil Procedure; Land Use Planning; Tax; and other areas.
Review of applications will begin September 1, 2019 and continue until the position is filled. Applicants should possess a J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school as well as evidence of potential for engaging in high quality research and teaching. Applications should be submitted in a single document including: a cover letter, curriculum vitae, statement of research interests, and the names of three references.
