Written by Bob Dylan in 1967, but not released by him until 1970, "Quinn the Eskimo (The Mighty Quinn)" might or might not be a reference to Anthony Quinn's role in The Savage Innocents; other theories abound. Manfred Mann's version was the first released, and it charted at number one in the U.K. and number ten in the U.S.
