The University of Florida Levin College of Law seeks applications for the following positions from experienced scholars possessing outstanding academic credentials, demonstrated teaching ability, and distinguished scholarship to begin in the 2019-20 academic year.
- We seek distinguished applicants for a tenured appointment in conjunction with the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering at the University of Florida, pursuant to the University of Florida’s “Preeminence Plan” to continue its rise among top public universities. We are particularly interested in candidates whose scholarship is at the forefront of areas relating to law and engineering, technology, intellectual property, regulation of industry, and entrepreneurship.
- We seek applications from nationally recognized scholars in taxation to fill one or two endowed chairs in taxation. We are particularly interested in candidates whose scholarship focuses on tax procedure (civil, criminal or both), employee benefits and executive compensation, state and local taxation, or tax-exempt institutions.
