PEPPERDINE UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW is seeking to fill two tenured or tenure-track positions on our faculty. We will consider both entry level and lateral candidates. For one position, we are seeking applicants with research and teaching interests in real estate/property law in conjunction with our Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law. For the second position, we are seeking applicants with research and teaching interests in law and religion in conjunction with our Nootbaar Institute on Law, Religion and Ethics. We expect that the successful candidate for each position will contribute to the leadership of the relevant center or institute. To round out the teaching package for each position, other potential subject area needs include Community Property, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Intellectual Property, Patents, Tax, and Wills & Trusts.
