Do we know where this was?
Possible venues:
• San Bernardino: Swing Auditorium
• San Antonio: Joe Freeman Coliseum
• Excelsior, MN: Excelsior Amusement Park
• Omaha: Music Hall Auditorium
• Detroit: Olympia Stadium
• Pittsburgh: West View Park
• Harrisburg: Farm Show Arena
• New York City: Carnegie Hall
Coincidentially I have been reading Nankering with the Rolling Stones by Jimmy Phelge. He discusses the show so I looked online for info about it & sure enough YouTube has the entire film. A week later this clip turns up here.
