I appreciate the time you have put into this, but I don't think the evaluation of JDA jobs is easy. For example, I look at a school like Brooklyn Law, which historically sends a lot of grads to the Big 4 accounting firms. The line between JDA and JD required is a very thin one, in my opinion. Certain of the more prestigious groups at say Deloitte or Ernst & Young will, as a practical matter, require either a JD or significant experience. These jobs do pay well enough to pay off student loans, and offer advancement. To say these jobs are not as good as working in a 2 man law firm is not as clear to me.

I think that law schools should be required to provide disclosure on JDA jobs. Working in finance, large accounting firms, or the large management consulting firms is not necessarily bad from the students viewpoint.
