Restrictive Covenant Trivia

Today is the first day of classes for me, so I thought that I'd start the new year off right with a trivia question.  This is going to be difficult, I suspect -- unless you were reading this blog very closely many years ago and are obsessed with property.  The building at right overlooks the practice field of a very famous college football team.  When it was built, a restrictive covenant was placed on the condos that overlook the field that prohibit taping of practices.  Where is this building?
