Thanks for the link to the video; I'm a huge fan of Al Roth ... His chapter on federal judges defecting and not playing by their own rules in the clerkship market is a beauty

Yes, we actually spent quite a bit of time talking about the failed attempts to organize the clerkship market and what makes the medical residency program so different. Very interesting stuff.
