With the departure of Dean David Wippman this June, the University of Minnesota School of Law has posted its dean search announcement and list of committee members here. My senese is that, notwithstanding struggles in the entire legal industry, or more accurately, as a result of such struggles, deanships at schools like Minnesota continue to be highly attractive opportunities.
