The Harvard Law School Program on Corporate Governance is seeking applications from highly qualified candidates who are interested in working with the Program as post-doctoral fellows or senior associates in the fields of corporate governance and/or law and finance. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with a corporate law or similar background who is interested in a career as a law professor or other pursuits in academia.
