My naturalization was quite memorable. As a child in 1984, I waited in line for almost 7 hours outside the Orange Bowl in Miami, FL. Eventually, I and 75,000 other people entered the stadium and took our seats.

Then-VP George H.W. Bush drove out to midfield in a golf cart, and administered the oath of citizenship over the public address system.
