I'm pleased to announce that Mark Edwards of William Mitchell's law school is stepping into the faculty lounge to sit with us for a spell. Mark is a scholar of property law and also the interaction of law and social relations. His scholarship includes work on ERISA, restitution, the Wisconsin timber industry, and property law's policing of the boundaries of acceptable behavior. And he's also at the center of Chartacourse, which is presenting innovative teaching materials. I hope we'll hear a lot about all that during his visit.
