A wise move by Indiana Tech. If they don't do this, they would have almost no students. That couldn't be good in the ABA accreditation context. It is more likely than not that Indi Tech will either get its accreditation this year or at the very least, a waiver from the state bar allowing its new grads to take the bar exam.
The real problem will be if this year Indiana Tech doesn't get either accredited or a waiver allowing its grads to take the bar. In that case, the school will be closed. We'll know the school's fate within a year either way.
