For tomorrow's 150th anniversary of Field Order 15, Bernadette Atuahene and I have an op-ed on the limits of land redistribution in South Africa and the Post-Civil War US.  Most of this, which focuses on South Africa more than the US, is based on Bernadette's important new book, We Want What is Ours.
