A tough one!

But I believe those are the ruins of the Grove Shaft Mine at the Mid-Lothian Mines Park in Chesterfield County, VA.

Owen! Welcome back, old friend. I haven't had many trivia questions of late -- haven't done much traveling.

You are, as always, correct. This is a pretty interesting park and to me amazing to think that before the Civil War people there were digging shafts 600+ feet deep into the earth. Unsurprisingly, it was frightfully dangerous. The park is worth a visit.
