The article's photo makes it look like Brian is the one who said for students to apply to law schools now.

Brian is more photogenic than Steve. Add to that the potential for the casual reader to confuse Steve's photo with that of Gary Sinese...

I for one am all for having Brian's photo up there. As CC suggests, Brian is a handsome man. If some folks mistake me for him because of the photo, I wouldn't complain.
