Professor Eduardo Peñalver of the University of Chicago has been named the new dean of Cornell Law School. In yet another coming home story - following on Nancy Stoudt at Wash U - Peñalver returns to Cornell where he taught from 2006-12. He holds a JD from Yale. Before going to Cornell in 2006, he had been on the Fordham Law faculty.
