No comments so I guess this is stale news. The list was pared to 10 in a two hour meeting of the 11 committee members which includes 3 tenured members of the law faculty. As far as I know the ten was based on what committee members knew or gleaned from the record on line. This made me wonder what is the process like elsewhere and does this involve enough faculty input to comply with ABA standards.
