According to Penn Law's Twitter feed, Justice Kennedy—in a Q&A session he gave at the school, apparently as part of its inaugural Visiting Jurist program—opined that law reviews are helpful in "examining the rule of law, but in a smaller timespan professor blogs" are invaluable.
