Judge Douglas Ginsburg, of the D.C. Circuit, is stepping up his relationship with George Mason University law school. He has left the faculty of NYU Law, which he joined in January 2012, and become a full-time professor at Mason. He was previously Distinguished Adjunct Professor at GMU. Ginsburg was on the Harvard law faculty before being appointed to the bench by Ronald Reagan.
