Those following the saga of the House Committee on Government Oversight and Reform and Lois Lerner, currently suspended IRS Director of Exempt Organizations, might be interested to read the letter from Regent professor Jim Duane to the committee in which he rebuts Alan Dershowitz's blithe conclusion that Ms. Lerner's brief statement amounted to a waiver of her right against self-incrimination.
