James Gathii Nominated for WTO Position

International law scholar, James Gathii (who holds the Wing-Tat Lee Chair in international law at Loyola Chicago) has been nominated for a high level position with the World Trade Organiziation (WTO) on its Appellate Body which hears appeals from reports issued by WTO dispute resolution panels - dealing with rules of trade between nations.
