A few days ago, I put up a post objecting to Scholastica's pricing for law review submissions, which I’ve now taken down. Someone suggested to me that this post might not have been as artfully written as it could have been. I'm still disturbed by some of the things Scholastica is doing, including its pricing policy. Scholastica’s approach is particularly distressing because, as I mentioned in the prior post, some competition for ExpressO would be welcome. I encourage everyone, at the individual and law school level, to make their own decision about how to respond to Scholastica.
