Okay - it's January 7th. We're a week into the new year so it's time to 'fess up about how long those New Year's Resolutions really lasted. Anyone still sticking to any promises they made to themselves last week?

My New Year's Resolution was to only work as hard as Forbes thinks I work. Fortunately, I was at AALS and got my grading done during the holiday break, so that was easy for a few days. But now that I have to finish an article, start classes, deal with grade challenges, committee work, and everything else we ALL do, I think my resolution is busted. Sorry, Forbes! :(

I have worked out 4 times since January 1st, and I'm doing #5 today! Now that the semester started, I'll see if I can have all of my readings done before the class at which they're due, that's going to be a much harder resolution.
