The Latest on the Law of Confederate Monuments

I know Kyle Graham's going to make fun of me for this, but ... have you heard about the controversy in Caddo Parish, Louisiana over whether the United Daughters of the Confederacy or the Parish own the plot of land where their Confederate monument, placed there in the early twentieth century, is located?  (I just realized that there's an article that deals with the Confederate flag at the courthouse in Caddo.) Or the lawsuit filed against Selma for revoking a permit to repair a Confederate statue in a cemetery there?
